HOW TO CONTACT US For those who live in Italy there is a telephone and fax number available. We don’t consider as adequate replies by e-mail or text (sms) messages to questions posed to us concerning our activities as they regard in all cases the human being and we therefore take the time to speak telephonically, write or preferably meet in person. Our oral and written answers are commensurate to the interest and the variety of the questions that we receive and so require patience and the time necessary to offer adequate attention. Who answers is not a robot with automatic electronic formulae, but a human being that puts interest into what she or he is doing. We prefer that a human rapport can manifest itself also in communication over distance.
