The seminar is centred on the approach and dynamics at work in the relationship between educators/coaches and children.

"THE POSITIVE WORD" (from speaking to attitude)

The objective: in sport (and regardless of which one) body, mind and psyche can be activated releasing great potentiality, but only if the child is motivated. The behaviour of the sporting coach/educator is fundamental to this goal. The motivation of the youngster is the synthesis of several factors, among them is the capacity and awareness with which the coach knows how to recognize his/her own potentiality as educator and pursue this end to the utmost . The seminar is a meeting of three hours.

Principle theme: practical use of "positivity" as an instrument in communication and motivation.
